Job Summary and Qualifications

The Medical Office Specialist oversee non-clinical activities in the health care facility, which include staffing, budgeting, customer service and inventories. Their duties are ordering supplies, managing marketing operations, recruiting and supervising staff, and managing patient admission procedures.

What you will do in this role:

• You will assist the department staff by providing efficient clerical and other office duties under the direction of the department supervisor, as well as the department director.
• You will provide administrative services necessary for the care of the patient, and in support of the mission of the facility.
• You will provide administrative support at both the Pulmonary Lab and the Sleep Center

What qualifications you will need:

• No minimum requirements.
• Clerical healthcare experience preferred
