Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a vital role that requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Duties: - Manage and supervise administrative staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance - Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Assist with event planning and coordination - Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development - Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records - Process payroll and manage employee benefits administration - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle confidential information with utmost discretion - Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience in office management or a related role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of medical office management is a plus - Ability to supervise and lead a team - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
