Medical Officer - Wards

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with appropriate medical care.
• Prescribe medications and recommend treatment plans.
• Monitor patients’ progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide emergency medical care when required.
• Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare staff for patient management.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and preventive care.
• Participate in ward rounds, medical meetings, and healthcare programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid PMDC/PMC license or relevant medical registration.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
