Key Responsibilities:
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with appropriate medical care.
- Prescribe medications and recommend treatment plans.
- Monitor patients’ progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Provide emergency medical care when required.
- Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare staff for patient management.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and preventive care.
- Participate in ward rounds, medical meetings, and healthcare programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Requirements:
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid PMDC/PMC license or relevant medical registration.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
