About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Medical Outreach Executive to plan and execute educational seminars both within hospitals and at external venues for doctors. The role involves hospital liaison, resident outreach, event planning, on-site coordination, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Approach hospitals, medical colleges, and department heads to obtain seminar permissions.

Engage with residents to assess interest and share seminar invitations.

Coordinate all seminar logistics — including venue booking, audiovisual setup, banners, certificates, and refreshments.

Promote events among target participants and manage on-site registration.

Collect feedback and photos and prepare concise post-event reports.

Deliverables

Conduct at least three successful seminars by the end of one month.

Be willing to travel across Delhi–NCR (Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida).

Make 12–15 hospital visits per week.

Collect 10–12 resident feedback forms per day.

Update the hospital visit logbook after each visit.

Participate in an end-of-day call summarizing daily activities.

Share live location via Google Maps during working hours for tracking.

Qualifications

Medical Representative with at least 2–3 years of experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.

Strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior doctors and hospital staff.

Proactive, well-organized, and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks independently.

Proficient in MS Office and Google Forms for reporting and data collection.

Personal mode of transport desirable

We will provide

Information

  • List of hospitals and institutions to be covered.
  • Departments to be approached in each institution.
  • Daily plan specifying which hospitals or institutions to visit on a particular day.

Training

· How to introduce the seminar and speak to the HOD.

· What to communicate to the secretary or contact person of the HOD.

· How to interact with residents while collecting feedback or extending invitations.

Tools

  • Folders, QR code stickers, notepad and pen, posters, and other required materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 24,000 / month

Travel Allowance: 6,000 / month

Phone Allowance: 1,000 / month

Incentive: 2,000 for every successfully conducted seminar (minimum 3 expected)

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
