Medical Practice Manager (Orthopedic/Podiatry Office)

Complete Care is looking for a full-time Practice Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for the overall management of the practice, including scheduling, patient care, billing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a desire to learn new skills.

- Must have experience with managing a medical office

- Must have experience with EHR/EMRs

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling
• Patient Care
• Financial Reporting
• Employee Management
• Office Management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree preferred.
• Must have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize duties.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff and physicians.
• Must possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based applications such as Google Calendar and EMR systems (Veeam)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
