Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Practice Sales and Marketing professional to spearhead growth initiatives within the healthcare sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders to grow a medical practice and deliver solutions that enhance patient care. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and delivering compelling service demonstrations. Duties
- Identify and target prospective business sector partners to generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct engaging demos tailored to the specific needs of companies, insurance adjusters, and safety professionals while highlighting features, benefits, and technical advantages.
- Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to increase market share within the medical sector.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using AI, Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint for presentations and reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Lead outside sales efforts by visiting businesses in person, establishing rapport, and demonstrating service value.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to articulate complex technical information clearly.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships based on trust and value.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective product demos that resonate with healthcare professionals’ needs.
- Technical sales expertise in medical services is highly desirable.
- Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results in a competitive environment.
- Outside sales experience with a proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, scheduling visits, and maintaining detailed records.
- Proficiency in analysis skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards supporting healthcare providers’ success.
- Proficiency in using AI (or willingness to learn), Microsoft Office Suite including Word for documentation and PowerPoint for presentations; familiarity with analysis tools is a plus.

Pay: $50,436.71 - $125,752.00 per year
