Receptionist – Dental & Dermatology Clinic
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage patient registration, update personal and insurance details, and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using the clinic system.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries promptly.
- Provide patients with information about treatments, promotions, and aftercare instructions.
- Coordinate patient flow between reception, doctors, and treatment rooms.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection (cash, card, or insurance).
- Process insurance documents, pre-approvals, and claims where applicable.
- Follow up with patients to confirm attendance and ensure satisfaction after visits.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing daily reports and supporting marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in a medical, dental, or dermatology clinic (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
