- Administrative duties: Process payments, verify insurance eligibility, handle billing questions, and file insurance claims.
- Office operations: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming, and monitor and order office supplies.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between patients and medical staff, ensuring smooth communication and coordinating with other departments.
