  • Patient interaction: Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in person and over the phone.

Essential skills

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
  • Organizational: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical: Proficiency with office equipment, computer systems, and medical practice management software.
  • Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to handling patient information, billing, and scheduling.
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor, especially when dealing with stressed or anxious patients.
  • Scheduling: Manage and optimize provider and patient schedules, schedule appointments, and send reminders.
  • Record management: Maintain and update patient records, manage electronic health records (EHRs), and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Administrative duties: Process payments, verify insurance eligibility, handle billing questions, and file insurance claims.
  • Office operations: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming, and monitor and order office supplies.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between patients and medical staff, ensuring smooth communication and coordinating with other departments.
  • Must be UAE Experience
  • Walk-in Interview from 9th October 2025 to 11th November 2025 (Timing 10 am to 2pm).
