We are looking for a polite, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front desk of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle patients with empathy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors courteously and assist them with appointments and enquiries
  • Manage patient registrations, billing counters, and appointment scheduling
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and direct calls appropriately
  • Maintain patient records and front-desk documentation accurately
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff for smooth patient flow
  • Handle payments, generate bills, and issue receipts
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent English speaking skills & Good communication skills in Tamil (Hindi speaking is an added advantage
  • Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software is an advantage)
  • Pleasant personality with a calm and professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Clinic working hours (details will be discussed during the interview)
