Medical Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while managing administrative and front desk responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system
  • Handle insurance verification and coordinate billing processes
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and medical scheduling software
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
