Location: Glow Up Clinic – Dubai

Glow Up Clinic is looking for a professional and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team.

Requirements:

• Arabic nationality (Male or Female)
• Previous experience working in a medical center, clinic, or hospital
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle appointments, patient inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors
• Manage appointments and patient records
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
• Perform general administrative and reception duties
