Medical Receptionist with experience in DENTAL and AESTHETIC

About the Role:

We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist with experience in Dental and Aesthetic clinics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, delivering exceptional patient service, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and patient inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic management systems.
• Handle billing, payments, insurance coordination, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Coordinate schedules for dentists, aesthetic practitioners, and clinic staff.
• Assist with patient treatment plans, recalls, and post-treatment follow-ups.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and reflects the clinic's professional image.

Requirements:

• experience as a Receptionist in a Dental and Aesthetic Clinic is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience using clinic management software.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Tagalog speaker required
