Medical Records Technician

JOB SPECIFICATION & JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain and update patient records in compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.
• Accurately record, file, and retrieve patient data using electronic and physical systems.
• Ensure proper classification and coding of medical data.
• Support doctors, nurses, and administrative staff with timely record access.
• Ensure compliance with NABH and other regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma/Degree in Medical Records Technology or Health Information Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD coding and EMR/EHR systems is an added advantage.
• Well verse with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with NABH documentation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
