About the Role

We are seeking a driven and professional Medical Representative to cover Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, focusing on promoting and supporting our consumables, wound care, and orthopedic medical device portfolio. The role will manage key accounts across Abu Dhabi Government Hospitals, SEHA facilities, and Mubadala healthcare entities.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Territory Coverage

• Manage and grow business across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, including SEHA hospitals, Mubadala facilities, military hospitals, and private key accounts.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
• Maintain a strong presence in allocated facilities with regular visits, product demonstrations, and clinical support.

Product Promotion & Clinical Support

• Promote consumables, wound care products, and orthopedic medical devices to surgeons, nurses, wound care specialists, and procurement teams.
• Conduct product presentations, in-services, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide technical expertise during product evaluations, trials, and conversions.

Sales Performance & Reporting

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide strategic feedback to management.
• Prepare accurate weekly reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, medical regulations, and tender requirements.

Tender & Procurement Engagement

• Support tender submissions, pricing requests, and product registrations as needed.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers within procurement, supply chain, and clinical departments.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in medical devices, ideally in consumables, wound care, or orthopedics.
• Strong network and prior exposure to Abu Dhabi Government Hospitals (SEHA) and Mubadala medical facilities is a significant advantage.
• Arabic speaker is a strong plus; excellent English communication required.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
