Role Summary:
To maximize sales and market share of assigned Jamjoom products in the designated area by conducting sales promotions in line with the Company strategy, rules and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily field calls to promote assigned products to healthcare professionals

Deliver product detailing and key messages in line with marketing strategy

Maintain regular visit frequency and ensure full coverage of target customers

Build and sustain professional relationships with physicians, pharmacies, and clinics

Handle basic objections and provide accurate product information

Execute territory plans provided by the Sales Manager

Monitor and report competitor activities within the territory

Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems on a daily basis

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and promotional standards

Participate in cycle meetings and basic product training sessions
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
-
Experience minimum one year as medical representative

SCHS (شهادة التصنيف المهني)
-
Good presentation and negotiation skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including fluency in English language

Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments

Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives
