Position Overview:

The Medical Representative (MR) – Supplement Division will be responsible for promoting Eternell’s range of nutraceutical and dietary supplement products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, dietitians, pharmacists, and clinics. The role involves building strong customer relationships, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets within the assigned UAE territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Eternell’s supplement portfolio to healthcare professionals and chemists through regular visits and product detailing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nutritionists, pharmacists, and distributors.
• Generate prescriptions and ensure product availability at chemist counters.
• Conduct product presentations and participate in CME programs, health camps, and promotional events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely submission of daily call reports, sales data, and expense statements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to execute territory-level marketing initiatives effectively.

• Sound knowledge of nutraceuticals or dietary supplements (preferred).
• Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc/B.Pharm preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE (pharma or nutraceutical industry).
• Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
