Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target physician groups, hospitals, clinics, and regional healthcare providers within assigned territories.
  • Conduct engaging meetings and demonstration technical sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our infusion solutions and understand their pharmaceutical needs. You will not be selling medication; the role will entail building a strong referral market to become the go-to infusion therapy provider in the area.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals through proactive account management and exceptional customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to clients to ensure optimal usage and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, insurance companies, office managers, product development, and customer support, to enhance sales strategies and client experience.

Skills

  • Strong sales skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within medical or pharmaceutical sales environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering compelling solutions and building rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated account management capabilities with a focus on customer retention and growth.
  • Technical sales expertise to explain complex medical products clearly and effectively.
  • Leadership qualities to motivate teams and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports with the help of artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, client feedback, and sales metrics for strategic decision-making.

Pay: $54,945.80 - $66,171.30 per year
