Role Overview
The Medical Sales Advisor is responsible for engaging with customers through structured calls to provide clear, accurate information about available medical services. This role ensures clients understand their options, addresses questions with professionalism, and guides them through the process of scheduling bookings. With a focus on clarity, service quality, and customer trust, the advisor plays a key role in supporting informed decision-making and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Role Requirements

Must hold a Pharmacy degree from a recognized institution (e.g., GUC, BUE, MIU)

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Very good communication skills

Prior sales experience is a plus
