Front Desk Patient Coordinator (Full-Time)

Are you a friendly, organized professional who enjoys creating positive experiences for children and their families? We are looking for a compassionate, customer-focused Front Desk Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our growing pediatric therapy practice.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Build positive relationships with children and caregivers to create an exceptional patient experience.
  • Check patients in and out for appointments.
  • Answer and manage multiple incoming phone lines professionally.
  • Schedule appointments for multiple therapy services while maximizing provider schedules.
  • Collect and update patient information and medical histories before appointments.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and patient charts.
  • Verify and process insurance payments and patient balances.
  • Transfer assessment results and documentation to the appropriate clinicians.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front office.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to help the clinical team operate efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a medical office, therapy clinic, dental office, or other healthcare setting.
  • Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (if applicable).
