Front Desk Patient Coordinator (Full-Time)

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Build positive relationships with children and caregivers to create an exceptional patient experience.
- Check patients in and out for appointments.
- Answer and manage multiple incoming phone lines professionally.
- Schedule appointments for multiple therapy services while maximizing provider schedules.
- Collect and update patient information and medical histories before appointments.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and patient charts.
- Verify and process insurance payments and patient balances.
- Transfer assessment results and documentation to the appropriate clinicians.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front office.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to help the clinical team operate efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a medical office, therapy clinic, dental office, or other healthcare setting.
- Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling.
