Medical Scribe

• Medical Scribe – Cardiology Practice (Pre-Med / Pre-PA Opportunity)

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our fast-paced cardiology practice. This is an excellent opportunity for students or graduates pursuing careers in medicine (Pre-Med, Pre-PA, Nursing) to gain valuable hands-on clinical experience working directly with physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document patient encounters in real-time within the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Accurately record medical histories, physical exam findings, assessments, and treatment plans
• Work closely with the physician to ensure timely and complete medical documentation
• Assist with coordination and documentation of tests, procedures, and medications
• Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and clinical staff
• Support administrative and clinical workflow to enhance patient care efficiency

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in pursuing a healthcare career (Pre-Med, Pre-PA, Nursing preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure
• Previous medical scribe or healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) is a plus
