Summary

We are seeking a Medical Scribe to join our dynamic team at Tanir Medical Center. In this role, you will assist Dr. Tanir by accurately documenting patient encounters and ensuring that all medical records are maintained efficiently. Your contribution will be vital in enhancing patient care and supporting our busy practice.

Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe physician-patient encounters during appointments.
• Maintain detailed and organized medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with the documentation of medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely updates to patient records.
• Manage electronic health record systems effectively to enhance workflow.
• Support the medical team by preparing necessary documentation for patient visits.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical documentation or as a medical scribe preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy is essential.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under stress.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
