Medical Scribe

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for accurately documenting patient interactions, transcribing medical information, and assisting healthcare providers with medical documentation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Transcribe medical information accurately and efficiently.

- Assist healthcare providers with medical documentation during patient encounters.

- Maintain electronic medical records systems.

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient information.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy in documentation tasks.

- Work closely with physicians in the medical office.

**Experience:**

- 1-2 years prior scribe experience in a medical setting.

- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation systems.

- Ability to type quickly and accurately.

- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with healthcare physicians effectively.
