```Duties:```
- Accompany physicians during patient visits and document medical information in real-time.
- Prepare and organize patient medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Transcribe medical procedures, diagnoses, and treatment plans into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Assist with data entry, coding, and billing processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient workflow and accurate documentation.

```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a similar role is preferred, at least 1 yr.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses.
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
