Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters and managing medical records. The ideal candidate will possess strong transcription skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology, and experience working within electronic health record (EHR) systems. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a vital role in enhancing clinical efficiency, ensuring precise documentation, and facilitating seamless patient care.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe detailed notes during patient examinations, procedures, and consultations in real-time using EHR systems.
• Assist healthcare providers by documenting medical histories, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately.
• Manage and organize electronic medical records to ensure completeness, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Utilize typing skills to produce clear, concise, and comprehensive medical documentation swiftly and accurately.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
