Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, dedicated, and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of medical professionals by accurately documenting patient encounters in real-time. Duties

• Accurately transcribe and document patient encounters during examinations, including history, physical findings, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to assist with chart preparation and workflow management
• Maintain comprehensive medical records by entering data into electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ensure that all documentation adheres to legal and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to enhance documentation accuracy.
• One year minimum experience with medical documentation
• Assist with additional clerical or clinical support duties as needed
• Strong typing skills with the ability to transcribe information quickly and accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
