Duties

• Transcribe detailed clinical notes in real-time during patient examinations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of medical documentation.
• Support the maintenance of organized and secure medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to clarify documentation details and ensure all relevant information is captured during patient visits.

• No experience needed. This is an entry level position with a lot of support available to ensure your success.
