Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Medical Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, marketing coordination, scheduling, and supply management.

The Medical Spa Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the spa. This role combines administrative leadership, marketing coordination, clinical team support, handling of compliance with health and safety standards, and inventory oversight. The ideal candidate has medical spa experience and is preferably a licensed aesthetician who understands aesthetic treatments and client care.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations

• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure exceptional client experience
• Manage front desk processes, patient intake, and EMR documentation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Prepare operational reports and assist with budgeting

Scheduling & Staff Coordination

• Manage provider and staff schedules
• Optimize appointment flow to maximize productivity and revenue
• Coordinate staff meetings and training sessions

Marketing Coordination

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate social media content and engagement
• Track marketing performance metrics
• Support event planning and community outreach initiatives

Supply & Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels for retail and clinical supplies
• Place orders and manage vendor relationships
• Track usage and reduce waste
• Ensure treatment rooms are properly stocked and organized

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
