MedSpa Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented MedSpa Manager to lead our aesthetic and wellness center to new heights. This dynamic role combines leadership, customer service excellence, and operational management to create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. As the MedSpa Manager, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure exceptional client experiences, and drive business growth through strategic planning and team development. Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of licensed professionals, including estheticians, and support staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, shift management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
  • Oversee client consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Handle employee orientation, training & development programs to foster skill enhancement and professional growth
  • Conduct interviewing, recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations to build a strong team culture
  • Manage inventory control, purchasing, POS transactions, and bookkeeping to maintain operational efficiency
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones through promotions and community outreach

Skills

  • Exceptional management skills with proven supervisory experience in a healthcare or retail setting
  • Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Expertise in negotiation, sales management, retail sales, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Proficiency in payroll processing, cash handling, bookkeeping, inventory management, and POS systems
  • Demonstrated leadership in team management with experience in training & development programs
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask across scheduling, marketing initiatives, and administrative duties
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices combined with phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with budgeting, pricing strategies, merchandising, stock control, and store management principles
  • Ability to effectively supervise staff while fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence

Qualifications

  • Active Nevada License: Must be a licensed Esthetician
  • MedSpa Expertise: 2+ years of management experience specifically in a Medical Spa or Plastic Surgery environment.
  • Sales Driven: Proven track record of hitting monthly revenue targets ($100k+ preferred).
  • Software Fluency: Experience with EMR/Aesthetic software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
