Medical Spa Sales Associate

Duties

• Call on leads who are interested in our training/educational program and who are interested in booking treatments
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain treatment options clearly to educate clients about available services and products
• Assist clients with selecting treatments, upselling additional services or retail products to enhance their results and satisfaction
• Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently using POS systems, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
• Perform basic retail math to ensure proper pricing and ROI/sales tracking
• Support the team by supervising daily operations when needed, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent client interactions

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within a medical spa or skincare environment.
• Strong sales skills: upselling & cross-selling
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain treatments and products confidently; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and retail math to manage transactions seamlessly
• Excellent phone etiquette for scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and following up with clients professionally
• Knowledge of basic math skills necessary for retail transactions

Pay: $22.27 - $26.82 per hour
