  • Creation of Complete Discharge Summary in consonance with the Doctors
  • Creation of Complete Reports in consonance with the Doctors
  • Maintaining the records
  • Translate medical abbreviations and jargon into the appropriate long form
  • Co-Coordinating with discharge desk for the smooth process of discharge
  • Collecting the report & handing over to the concerns
  • Co-Coordinating the Departmental Activities effectively in Co-Ordination with all members of the Department.
  • Attending all the trainings organized by the management.
  • Maintain All assigned records up to date
  • Co-ordinate with housekeeping for cleaning / shifting of patients inside the hospital.
  • Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Act immediately in case of Emergency as per the hospital protocol
  • Assisting in Audit Process whenever needed as per the requirement of Hospital.
  • Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
