Job Overview:

We are hiring Medical Verification and Authorization Associates to manage patient insurance processes. The role includes two functions:

• Verification → Confirm insurance coverage via calls/online portals.
• Authorization → Request prior approvals from insurance companies by submitting medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient eligibility, benefits, co-pay, and coverage.
• Submit and track authorization requests for procedures/treatments.
• Gather and review medical documents to support approvals.
• Communicate with physicians, clinical staff, and insurance reps.
• Resolve denials or delays by providing required details.

Qualifications:

• Education: D.Pharmacy (preferred) or equivalent healthcare degree.
• Experience in insurance verification/authorization is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with insurance portals and healthcare software.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information.
