What You’ll Own:

1. Client Experience (Front Desk)

Greet clients with confidence and warmth (not scripted, not robotic). Manage scheduling, flow, and communication seamlessly. Guide clients through services, memberships, and next steps. Keep the space calm, clean, and welcoming at all times.

2. Content + Marketing (Creative Ownership)

You are the brand voice. Create high-quality, on-brand content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc...). Capture real moments in the spa (treatments, team, results).

Driven. Self Starting.

Write captions that educate, connect, and convert.

Plan and execute monthly content strategy.

Promote services in a way that feels natural and trustworthy.

Stay ahead of trends—but filter them through a refined brand lens.

3. Growth + Brand Direction:

You are part of the bigger picture. Help shape the look, feel, and voice of our brand.

Brainstorm promos, launches, and events.

Identify what’s working (and what’s not)

Contribute ideas that help move the business forward.

Who This Role is For:

You are in a season of life where you take your work seriously.

You have a strong eye for beauty, branding, and detail.

You are comfortable leading yourself (you won’t be micromanaged).

You can switch between client mode and creative mode effortlessly.

Who This Role is NOT For:

Someone looking for a slow or passive front desk role.

Someone who “likes social media” but doesn’t understand strategy.

Someone who needs constant direction or supervision.

Someone uncomfortable creating content.

Preferred Experience:

Med spa, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry experience.

Social media/content creation experience (with examples).

Front desk, hospitality, or client-facing experience.

Familiarity with booking systems is a plus.

Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
