Michels Communications Corporation is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Executive Assistant to work directly with the Vice President & Director of Digital Marketing.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who wants real experience in content creation, marketing execution, and business operations—not just entry-level tasks.
You will play a key role in helping produce content, support campaigns, and keep marketing initiatives moving forward across multiple brands and clients.

Capture high-quality video and photo content

Create reels, short-form video, and platform-specific content

Assist with posting and managing content across:

Facebook
-
Instagram
-
TikTok
-
LinkedIn
-
YouTube
-
Stay on top of trends and implement what’s currently working

Edit content for engagement, clarity, and performance
-
Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
-
Ensure content aligns with brand standards and messaging
-
Work directly with the VP of Digital Marketing on campaigns and initiatives
-
Assist with organizing projects, timelines, and deliverables
-
Help coordinate marketing efforts across multiple clients and platforms
-
Support execution of digital campaigns and internal projects
-
Track engagement and basic performance metrics
-
Identify opportunities to improve content and results
-
Assist with reporting and campaign adjustments
-
Take initiative and complete tasks without constant direction
-
Adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
-
Bring ideas, test them, and refine based on performance
