Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents following established guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor and document residents’ health and medication responses.
• Assist with daily care needs and foster positive relationships with residents and families.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Valid NJ Medication Technician License required.
• Experience in an assisted living or similar setting preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
