Meesho E-commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager with hands-on expertise in managing and scaling a seller account on Meesho. You will be responsible for listing management, campaign optimization, pricing strategy, and day-to-day operations to ensure consistent growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the company’s seller account on Meesho
• Create, optimize, and update product listings with compelling content and SEO-friendly keywords
• Handle bulk uploads, pricing, inventory updates, and returns
• Coordinate product cataloging, image requirements, and A+ content
• Run promotional campaigns, discounts, and participate in Meesho events
• Analyze sales data, product performance, and market trends to optimize listings and increase conversions
• Resolve order and return-related queries in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the warehouse or dispatch team for order fulfillment and timely shipping
• Maintain a strong understanding of Meesho policies, guidelines, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience managing Meesho or other marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Solid understanding of e-commerce operations and product listing optimization
• Familiarity with tools like Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), Canva, or listing automation tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fashion, home décor, beauty, or FMCG categories
• Knowledge of competitor analysis and pricing strategies
• Basic photo editing or creative design ability (for listing creatives)
• Understanding of Meesho advertising tools and campaign reports
