Product Owner – Enterprise Logistics Application (Master Data & Billing)

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner with strong Business Process Analysis capabilities to lead the Master Data and Billing processes within our Enterprise Logistics Application deployed across Europe and Dubai. This role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on process analysis and testing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will guide the scrum team, prioritize business requirements, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure alignment during PI and Iteration Planning. Additionally, they will analyze and document system processes, execute tests, and collaborate closely with IT and supply chain stakeholders in an international agile environment.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for Master Data and Billing.
• Provide overarching process experience to guide the scrum team.
• Prepare content for PI and Iteration Planning sessions.
• Participate in Iteration Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure delivery alignment.
• Analyze and design system processes based on business requirements.
• Execute and document functional and integration tests.

• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain, especially in Master Data objects (parts, price, customer, vendor) and billing processes.
• Project experience in a leading role using agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Familiarity with Microservice Architecture, FOSS, and Cloud technologies.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and X-Ray.
• Advanced English proficiency: German language skills are a plus.
