About the Role
Pakistan Solar Association is looking for a motivated and people-focused Relationship Manager to build, manage, and strengthen relationships with association members, solar companies, and key industry stakeholders.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in relationship management, teleservices, customer engagement, or membership-based organizations, who are interested in growing their career in Pakistan’s rapidly expanding solar and renewable energy sector.

You will play a key role in member engagement, membership growth, and industry coordination, contributing directly to the association’s expansion and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with association members and stakeholders
• Communicate with members via phone calls, in-person meetings, and digital platforms
• Promote, onboard, and manage new association memberships
• Handle member inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate member records and engagement tracking
• Maintain up-to-date member data, communication logs, and reports
• Support membership drives, campaigns, events, and renewable energy initiatives
• Achieve monthly membership targets and contribute to organizational growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Prior experience in relationship management, telesales, teleservices, customer service, or a related field
• Confidence in communicating with business professionals and industry stakeholders
• Interest or basic knowledge of the solar, renewable energy, or sustainability sector
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferred)

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
