Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? Hammer & Nails is seeking a Member Sales Concierge to join our team and play a key role in growing our membership base and delivering an unforgettable guest experience.

This is not your average front desk role — this is a sales-driven position in a luxury men’s grooming environment.

What You’ll Do

As the Member Sales Concierge, you'll be the first impression and the final closer:

• Proactively follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Conduct in-person tours of the shop and clearly explain membership options
• Convert interested guests into long-term members
• Track and meet membership sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional front desk experience — greeting guests, checking in appointments, processing payments, and handling retail sales

Sales is the core of this role. If you’re not comfortable selling, this role isn’t the right fit.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or membership-based businesses (e.g. fitness, med spa, salon, luxury retail)
• Clear communicator who’s confident, persuasive, and personable
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using booking/payment systems and lead tracking tools
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Must be 21+
