Member Services Representative

Assist members with the loan application process; prepares loan applications for review; prepares loan documents; perform loan closing duties; reviews loan files for all proper documentation.

Assists members with their financial transactions, involving receiving and disbursing cash and other negotiable instruments; completes other teller duties as necessary.

Open and close accounts; respond to questions about products and services; cross sell services to members.

Performs a variety of miscellaneous duties including typing, filing, data entry and answering phones.

Skills and Requirements:

Cash handling, customer service and loan processing a plus

Microsoft Office Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
