Membership Consultant

Conduct tours of the fitness center, showcasing facilities and services to potential members.

- Assess the fitness goals and needs of prospective members to recommend suitable membership options.

- Explain membership packages, pricing, and any ongoing promotions to encourage sign-ups.

- Complete membership paperwork, process payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Handle inquiries and concerns from members and prospective members in a professional and friendly manner.

- Follow up with potential members who have shown interest but have not yet committed to a membership.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet or exceed membership sales targets.

- Stay informed about the fitness center's offerings, classes, and programs to effectively communicate their benefits.

- Participate in sales and customer service training to enhance performance.

- Maintain a neat and organized work area, including brochures and promotional materials.

- Monitor and report on membership trends and feedback to management.

- Support member retention efforts through engagement and excellent customer service.

- Attend team meetings and contribute to the success of the fitness center.

Job Type: Full-time
