Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Membership Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on generating new memberships, nurturing leads, and maximising member retention, while supporting the daily operations of the club. The ideal candidate is confident in sales, highly motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively promote and sell memberships, training packages, and club services.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and trial members to convert them into active members.
• Handle sales enquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person.
• Conduct club tours and present membership options tailored to client needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
• Build strong relationships with members to support retention and referrals.
• Process memberships, renewals, upgrades, and payments accurately using the Glofox system.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update client information in the system.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities.
• Assist with reception duties and ensure a professional, welcoming club environment.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (fitness industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong closing skills with confidence in face-to-face and phone sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused.
• Organised with strong follow-up and time management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM or membership management systems (Glofox experience preferred; training provided).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
