Membership Sales - Gym

Job description:

  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and current members, understanding their fitness goals and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the gym.
  • Conduct timely follow-up with leads and trial members, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact through membership sign-up.
  • Participate in promotional events and community outreach activities to attract new members and increase brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or receptionist role, preferably within the fitness, health club, or hospitality industries.
  • Basic understanding of fitness and wellness principles, with an interest in health and fitness.
  • Proficient in using computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with gym management software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Good communication skills (Arabic & English)
