
Job description:
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and current members, understanding their fitness goals and providing tailored recommendations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the gym.
- Conduct timely follow-up with leads and trial members, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact through membership sign-up.
- Participate in promotional events and community outreach activities to attract new members and increase brand awareness
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or receptionist role, preferably within the fitness, health club, or hospitality industries.
- Basic understanding of fitness and wellness principles, with an interest in health and fitness.
- Proficient in using computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with gym management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Good communication skills (Arabic & English)
