Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Appointment Scheduling
• Actively engage in external marketing and promotional activities, including distributing passes, building partnerships with local businesses, and organizing community events to increase awareness of UFC GYM services. The goal is to generate leads that result in appointments.
• Conduct internal marketing through relationship-building with current members and referrals to gather leads.
• Schedule membership appointments through proactive prospecting and consistently meet or exceed monthly appointment and guest goals.
• Guest Tours, Membership Presentations, & Personal Sales
• Lead guests through the tour process, ensuring 100% of tours are completed.
• Aim to convert at least 50% of tour guests into new memberships and 20% into personal training enrollments.
• Use company-approved presentation materials when presenting membership options.
• Meet sales targets for New Member Sales Revenue (NMS), Personal Training Sales Revenue (POS PT), and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) setups.
• Customer Service
• Follow up with newly enrolled members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in all member interactions.
• Maintain a clean and well-operating environment for members.
• Manage membership complaints or cancellation requests; if unable to retain a member, escalate to a manager for final approval on cancellation.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
