StayCierge is a fast-growing virtual assistant and property management company supporting Airbnb hosts, co-hosts, and property managers worldwide. We manage 200+ listings across the US, Canada, Dubai, and more—helping hosts maximize their time, reduce stress, and increase revenue.

We’re now building a strong social presence to attract more hosts and want to bring on a creative mind who can design scroll-stopping meme and fact-based content that entertains, engages, and converts viewers into hot leads.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Meme Content Creator who will specialize in producing host-relevant memes, humorous content, and relatable facts that resonate with the Airbnb/short-term rental community. The goal is to attract hosts, spark conversations, build trust, and drive them to consider StayCierge as their management partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging meme content tailored to Airbnb hosts, co-hosts, and property managers.
• Research trending topics, common host frustrations, and relatable experiences to build viral content.
• Design memes, short posts, and visual content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Incorporate a light mix of facts + humor to establish StayCierge as both knowledgeable and relatable.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand tone and lead-generation goals.
• Track content performance (views, likes, shares, DMs) and suggest ideas to improve engagement and conversions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, Airbnb host struggles, and social media meme culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating memes or social-first content (portfolio required).
• Strong sense of humor with the ability to tie jokes to real Airbnb/hosting experiences.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Understanding of Airbnb/short-term rental ecosystem is a big plus.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook engagement strategies.
• Ability to deliver a steady stream of high-quality, viral-worthy content.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of STR industry pain points (bad guests, reviews, policies, cleaning struggles, etc.).
• Experience in social media marketing or community building.
• Ability to repurpose memes into lead-attracting content (DM funnels, call-to-actions, captions).
