About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Presentation & Document Design Specialist
to support a leading professional services and consulting environment. The ideal candidate will have strong creative, technical, and visual communication skills, with proven expertise in
PowerPoint presentation design
,
Microsoft Word formatting and design
and
Adobe Creative Suite applications (preferable, but optional)
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, visually engaging materials that effectively communicate strategic business concepts. Prior experience in a consulting or professional services firm is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop visually impactful PowerPoint presentations for client deliverables, proposals, and internal communications.

Format and structure Microsoft Word and PDF documents to meet professional, brand, and quality standards.

Create compelling visual narratives, infographics, charts, and illustrations to support data storytelling and presentations.

Collaborate with consultants and project teams to transform business insights into clear, engaging visual formats.

Ensure brand consistency, design accuracy, and linguistic clarity across all materials.

Maintain and enhance a centralized library of templates, styles, and design assets for use across projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in presentation and document design roles.

Advanced proficiency in:
-
Microsoft PowerPoint - template design, animation, charts, infographics
-
Microsoft Word - document structure, professional formatting, layout design

PDF tools - Adobe Acrobat or similar – editing, merging, and form creation

Adobe Creative Suite - including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, for data visualization and design tasks

Data visualization and design tools such as Canva or Figma
-
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout design, and branding principles.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Certifications Expected
-
Microsoft Office Specialist – PowerPoint (Expert Level).

Any certification in Presentation Design, Visual Communication, or Graphic Design.

Adobe Certified Professional (Illustrator or equivalent Adobe certification) – demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign for design and visualization tasks.
