Menswear Fashion Designer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and trend-driven Menswear Fashion Designer who brings creativity, style, and innovation to the table. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of western menswear design, a deep understanding of fabrics and fits, and a natural eye for styling and upcoming trends. You’ll play a key role in shaping our seasonal collections and overall creative direction, ensuring each piece reflects our brand’s modern, street-style aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop menswear westernwear collections (shirts, pants, outerwear, denim, jackets, etc.) aligned with brand identity.
• Conduct trend research to stay ahead of the market — silhouettes, color palettes, materials, and styling ideas.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and tech packs for sampling and production teams.
• Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure design execution aligns with vision and quality standards.
• Select fabrics, trims, and materials suitable for each collection.
• Contribute to photo shoots and lookbook styling, bringing creative direction and consistency to brand visuals.
• Maintain a balance between creative innovation and commercial appeal in all designs.
• Monitor fashion movements, influencers, and streetwear trends to forecast future directions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• Proven experience in menswear fashion design — westernwear/streetwear preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing techniques.
• Exceptional sense of style, fit, and detail.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO3D.
• Excellent trend forecasting and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining a high creative standard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
