We are currently seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Associate Level Mental Health Counselor to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and empathetic professional who is passionate about supporting clients in achieving emotional wellness. You will provide a variety of mental health services in group, family, couple or individual settings.

Responsibilities:

• Establish direction for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Offer assistance to individuals, couples or families with a variety of problems
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Completed a Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in therapeutic practice.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Independently licensed- LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
• Associate Level working towards a license with clinical supervision.
