The Role
Menus are more than lists of dishes—they are storytelling tools, guest guides, and design objects that shape the dining experience. Fox Restaurant Concepts is looking for a Menu Designer who lives at the intersection of culinary and design. This role requires someone with deep expertise in restaurant menu systems, experience working with multiple brands at scale, and the ability to translate complex culinary ideas into clear, beautiful design. If you’re passionate about food, obsessed with details, and eager to shape the guest experience from the very first page, this is your chance to join a creative team redefining what menus can be.
What You’ll Do

Concept, design, and execute menus across a diverse portfolio of national restaurant brands.

Partner with chefs, operations, and marketing teams to align design solutions with culinary strategy and guest experience.

Create menu systems that balance brand identity, storytelling, readability, and operational efficiency.

Maintain consistency and clarity across multiple brands while pushing the creative envelope.

Present design solutions to stakeholders and adapt based on feedback with agility.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of design experience, with a strong focus on menu systems and restaurant communications.

Experience designing for national restaurant groups or hospitality brands with multiple concepts.

A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in typography, layout, and brand storytelling.

Ability to speak the language of both design and food—comfortable discussing typography and kerning one moment, plating and culinary intent the next.

Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
