MEP / AC Duct Technician

• Fabricate, assemble, and install duct systems (GI and PI ducts) according to drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and join ducts using proper tools and materials.
• Install air outlets, grilles, diffusers, and dampers.
• Perform insulation, cladding, and sealing of ducts to prevent air leakage.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of HVAC units (AHUs, FCUs, Split Units, Package Units).
• Conduct routine checks on air flow, temperature control, and filter cleaning/replacement.
• Ensure proper connection between duct systems and air handling equipment.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow.
• Support in other MEP tasks as assigned by supervisors (basic electrical or plumbing work if needed
• nspect ducts and HVAC components for leaks, damage, or blockages.
• Repair or replace defective parts, joints, or insulation.
• Ensure proper alignment and functioning of air distribution systems.
