Role Summary:

Manages HVAC piping installations including chilled water, drainage, and condensate systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pipe routing, pressure testing, and insulation works.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with BIM/modelling teams.
• Ensure adherence to ASHRAE and authority guidelines.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of HVAC piping experience.
• Knowledge of pipe material, jointing methods, and insulation types.
